Patricia&Carolyn.com is a dedicated team of diet and weight loss experts, who have been right there in the trenches with you.
Like most of you, we’ve had a significant amount of weight to lose at one point in our lives, and we set out to find ways to fix it. That means testing and trying diets to help us lose weight.
We’re far from perfect, either. While it’d be great to lose weight and keep it off for good, the first time around, there are have been times when we’ve slipped or struggled, and put some of the weight back on.
The good news for our readers, though, is that this has given us a chance to put a lot of great diet and weight loss programs to the test, so we can personally tell you what works, and what you should avoid.
Of course, we’re big fan favorites of diets like Nutrisystem, WW (Weight Watchers), South Beach Diet, and many more, but that doesn’t mean they’re the end all and be all to weight loss.
If you’re looking to the find a diet that works for you, here’s the best advice we have: Research a lot of different weight loss programs, and pick the one that is going to best fit your lifestyle. This means, while meal delivery diets like Nutrisystem or South Beach Diet or going to work great for some, they’re not going to be the right option for everyone.
Others may prefer something more like WW (Weight Watchers) or Trim Down Club, and that’s fine too! Just find the one that works for you, and get started on your weight loss journey sooner rather than later.
