Noom is one of the hottest diets on the planet at the moment , and as such there is no shortage of testimonials about the program online.

For me, seeing before and real before and after pictures is usually the best proof of whether or not a diet works, but it also helps to hear feedback from real customers.
Noom has dozens of stories shared on their social media channels, as well as their blog. I encourage you to read them all if you’re looking for some inspiration, but here are a just a few of the success stories that I thought would be worth sharing here.

Jennie was able to lose more than 30 pounds:
When I started my journey to become healthier I thought I knew how much I weighed but I was off by about 50 pounds. That was shocking, but for once, the knowledge didn’t drive me to baked goods. Stressful situations and setbacks have been easier to handle knowing my group is there for support and that the journey is about the long term.
Now, I’ve lost about 30 pounds. I’ve been working hard to cook new foods that are natural, fresh, and delicious too. I’ve also gone back to fitness classes, and though it was tough to get back into the swing of things, I feel strong and capable now. I have also noticed that I have more energy at the end of the day and that my body just seems to function better and feel stronger.

Before starting the program, I was borderline hypertensive. A few months later, when I went to see my doctor, he was shocked! My blood pressure was now in the healthy range and I haven’t had a reading outside the normal range since.

Ann: As of this morning, I have lost 67.2 pounds, but check back with me for an update before you publish this because I’m not done yet! This is the first time I’ve lost weight without feeling deprived or telling myself, “I can’t have ___,” every day. Finally, although I am just over halfway to my goal weight, I truly feel confident I can get there. I can also walk farther, tie my shoes more easily, and I no longer dread getting on the scale at doctors’ appointments.
Steve: I lost 62.5 pounds and reached my goal weight in seven and a half months on Noom. That said, I still use Noom daily to log both my weight and the food I eat so that don’t re-gain. For the first time in a very long time, I feel a renewed sense of confidence in myself, and feel comfortable dressing in fashionable clothes that fit instead of hiding behind oversized sweatshirts.
