What is the Average Weight Loss on Optavia?

While we’d say these photos are pretty impressive, you may still be wondering the results you can expect should you decide to join Optavia. While it’s important to note that results will vary from person to person when it comes to any diet plan, here is what Optavia says customers can expect if they follow their program:

According to the Optavia website, average weight loss on their Optimal 5&1 Plan is 12 pounds. They say that clients can expect to be in weight loss mode for about 12 weeks after joining, which would be mean most people can expect to lose about a pound per week following their diet.
